Hungry Tiger is a Chinese-inspired craft dumpling and noodle company in Austin, TX. It’s where classic meets creative.

Gary’s love for dumplings and noodles began while working at his family’s Chinese restaurant as a child. Gary and Jess (husband and wife team) launched their first restaurant concept at the Long Island City Flea Market back in June 2014 and opened Lotus Chinese, their first brick and mortar restaurant at the Domain Northside in June 2016.

Fast forward to 2024, Gary and Jess are ready to share more dumplings and noodles with the Austin community through Hungry Tiger by leveraging technology and machinery to create restaurant quality food from scratch.
